This analog security cam is not IP based. To access it from your computer, you need to use one of the following methods:
==> connect the camera’s base station to an analog capture device connected to your computer;
==> connect the camera’s base station to a security digital video recorder that can be assigned an IP address and made part of a computer LAN.
If you want a CCTV cam connected directly to the computer LAN, look for those which are IP cameras. They cost more than the analog ones.
Also, keep in mind that even though this camera is “wireless” it still needs power so it needs a wire to the mains. The “wireless” part is just the video and audio transmission.
